Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
By purchasing a ticket to Mirella Manelli's Education you agree to the following terms:
- Refund Policy:All in-person & online education workshops are non-refundable. However they are transferable with a written request to [email protected] Please include full name, email, and phone number.
- Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled by Mirella for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Cancellations made by the attendee will not be issued a refund. However, they will receive all online education bonuses included in the event.
Mirella Manelli Education is not responsible for travel fees and/or expenses incurred for canceled flights/hotels/cars. Please book travel insurance.

- Postponements & Transfers:
All tickets are nonrefundable. However, students have two options:
1. Students can transfer into another class within 12 months of the original purchase date upon request & approval. Price changes may apply depending on venue & location.
2. Students can transfer their ticket into another person's name 7 days prior to the class upon request & approval.
If this event is postponed due to Mirella being unable to teach due to illness or weather, the event will be scheduled for a later date within 1 year. Please email [email protected] and CC the new ticket holder. Include all details for both parties.
